Clark’s Cicada is a really nice looking spun deer hair cicada pattern tied by the expert tiers from Umpqua.  Clark’s Cicada was designed in New Zealand and is a good pattern for there, for the Eastern US, or wherever you can find the cicada doing its thing…  and the fish going bonkers to eat them.  Tied on a size 10 hook.
